Setting limits
You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from the Responsible Gambling settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one has a 24-hour cool-off.
Cool-off periods
A short break — 24 hours to six weeks — locks your account from wagering while leaving your balance accessible. Ideal when you need a pause without a full exclusion.
Full self-exclusion
Choose from six months to permanent. Self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed inside the window. Opening a ticket ensures the request is logged compliantly and includes supporting resources.
